When placing an order, an agreement is made when you choose to confirm your purchase at the checkout. An automated and/or manual order confirmation will then be sent to your registered address. Ordered products remain ROLLSROLLER's property until they are fully paid.
Changes and additions must be made before your order is processed and shipped from us. If you detect any inaccuracies in your order, it is therefore important that you contact us immediately to change the order if possible.
In case of obvious errors (eg wrong price, press error, etc.) we reserve the right to correct the error in retrospect. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you have the right to cancel the order. We also reserve the right not to make an order in case the product is out of stock, if the maximum quantity per customer is exceeded or in case of technical failure.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.Any charges for shipping and payment methods may apply, which in such cases is stated in the cash register.
We offer the following payment methods:
Direct payment/card payment through Paypal – After confirming the purchase you will be directed to www.Paypal.com for payment. A receipt will be sent to the registered e-mail address. This service is provided to you without extra cost.
ROLLSROLLER invoice – Chooses this payment method at Checkout. An invoice will be sent to the registered E-mail address.
Payment Condition invoice: Payment in Advance
Registered distributors and partner will get an invoice according to the existing agreements.
ROLLSROLLER charges a billing fee on all invoices.
3. Shipping information
The Delivery time may vary depending on the product, stock balance, delivery method and delivery address.
Delivery from ROLLSROLLER normally takes place within 2-3 working days.
Subsequently, delivery time from pickup at ROLLSROLLER premises to the delivery address is depending on the freight options chosen during checkout.
Notification of any deviations from the normal delivery time, you will receive in connection with the order confirmation, alternatively in retrospect via separate mail. You may, of course, waive, alternatively change your order if delivery time differs from the normal delivery time.
Should any of the products you order have a significantly longer delivery than other products on your order, we may in some cases send the products separately. You never have to pay mre than the original shipping cost.
We are responsible for the transport risk when we send something to you, which means that we will replace you free of charge with a new item or spare parts in the event of a shipping damage or loss of shipment. In the event of a return to us, you are responsible of the transport risk.

4. Transport damage
If the product is shipping damaged at the time of delivery, we ask you to report it immediately to us. Visible damage needs to be reported no later than 3 working days after receipt and hidden shipping damage within 7 working days. In order for the complaint to be handled correctly, you must save the packaging, the address card and any pallet that came with the shipping damaged item.Force Majeure ROLLSROLLER is not responsible for damage or delay due to legal tender, government action, mobilization, war event, seizure, currency restriction, system error, errors or restrictions on deliveries from subcontractors, strike, lockout, boycott, blockade or other similar circumstance that either obstructs or complicates ROLLSROLLERs fulfillment to such an extent that it cannot be done except for abnormally high costs.
ROLLSROLLER provides 2 years warranty.
The warranty applies to malfunctions that occur during the warranty period. The warranty does not apply to faults that arise during or after your own change of the product's function and appearance, such as remodeling, upgrading or other configuration of the product.
Before a warranty repair or a replacement can be approved, we may need to investigate the product. In case the product is not covered by warranty, but a so-called handling error (includes incorrectly set product, damage due to negligence etc.), we have the right to charge for the examination cost. Shipping costs and handling fees will be added.
When you shop with us, you enter company details such as name, address, email address, telephone number and in some cases also the company number and VAT number. We need this information to deliver the product to you, but also to handle warranty issues.
By accepting our terms of purchase, you agree to be contacted by us for marketing purposes. Contact may be made via mail, postal mail or in other ways. In order to maintain a good level of service to you as a customer, we document all customer communication. You have the right to access this information on request. If the information proves to be incorrect, incomplete or otherwise irrelevant, it is our responsibility to take corrective measures. As a customer, you can oppose your information being used for marketing purposes, whereby ROLLSROLLER undertakes to introduce a so-called advertising lock.
